The head office for Tax Savvy is located at 400 S 4th St Ste 31, Las Vegas NV 89101, USA. They have been offering tax services for over eleven years. Their services include return filing, audit support, tax planning and exemption, EFRIS/DTS installation, and accounting training, among others. Tax Savvy delivers professional and engaging tax advisory services to help clients meet standards and achieve financial well-being.

Acceptance of Terms

By entering or using the Tax Savvy Uganda Limited website and services you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. All services are provided on a case to case basis and in accordance with each client’s special needs. Our advice is given based on the current laws and regulations or interpretations of those laws by authorities and may not alter should changes in laws or authority interpretations affect results.

Engagement and Service Provision

Engagement commences with an initial consultation, which may be complimentary. Enquiries/Cases may be submitted online, and a certified tax assistant will get in touch with you directly. The scope of service, timelines, and delivery will be outlined in an engagement agreement or proposal. We reserve the right to accept or reject a service request in whole or part at our sole discretion based on conflict of interest or non-compliance with our internal governing transfer pricing policies.

Fees and Payment Arrangements

Charges for our services will be based on the type of work done, the time taken, its technical nature and scope, and other requirements of the client. Before or after consultation, we will provide a quote. Payment methods, terms and schedules will be agreed in the engagement agreement. In the absence of a prior agreement, payment will be due on receipt of invoice. If fees become due and are not paid, services may be suspended or terminated. Tax Savvy Uganda Limited may change prices or introduce additional fees on reasonable prior notice.

Client Cooperation and Assistance

For us to provide tax advisory services and solutions, clients are asked to co-operate and to provide full, accurate and timely information and documentation sought by Tax Savvy Uganda Limited as may be reasonably required. Clients are responsible for communicating all relevant facts, including any changes in circumstance and disclosing to us any relevant matters or information that may affect the advice or service provided to clients by Tax Savvy Uganda Limited. Failure to meet obligations of co-operation and disclosure may restrict the range of solutions or level of support we can offer or provide, and it may result in a delay or cessation in the provision of services.

Confidentiality and Information Security

Tax Savvy Uganda Limited values the privacy of its clients and will take all reasonable measures to ensure that all client information remains confidential. We maintain safeguards and confidentiality of your data from unauthorized access, disclosure or wrongful use. Your confidential information will not be disclosed to any third parties except to the extent required by law, with your consent, or in order to perform contractual obligations.
